CWDT PROFESSIONAL VPS STARTUP SERVICE

FROM “I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START” TO A PROFESSIONALLY STRUCTURED TRADING ENVIRONMENT
Starting with automated trading can quickly become overwhelming.
A VPS.
A broker.
MT5 terminals.
Expert Advisors.
Setfiles.
Monitoring.
Autostart.
Security.
Licences.
Demo testing.
Everything has to work together correctly.
That is exactly what the CWDT Professional VPS Startup Service is designed for.
Cyber Wolfdog Trading takes care of the agreed initial technical setup of your trading VPS environment, so you do not have to figure out every technical step yourself.
€500 ONE-TIME PER VPS*
Complete initial CWDT technical setup and configuration of one agreed VPS environment.
Payment instructions and the applicable final amount are confirmed before payment.
The €500 represents the CWDT service fee.
Depending on the applicable payment method, client location and payment platform, VAT, platform-related charges, payment-processing costs or other applicable transaction costs may be added or applied.
Before anything is purchased or installed, we first define what your setup actually requires.

FIRST WE BUILD YOUR TECHNICAL SETUP PLAN
Every client environment is different.
Before payment, CWDT and the client first define the requested technical setup.
This can include:
the number of VPS servers required;
VPS hosting requirements;
broker environments;
the number of MT5 terminals;
the trading accounts that need to be connected;
the Expert Advisors to be installed;
applicable EA licences;
client-owned or seller-provided setfiles;
monitoring tools;
autostart and restart requirements;
technical security requirements;
remote setup requirements;
and any applicable ongoing CWDT Technical Managed Services.
CWDT then prepares an agreed technical implementation plan and cost overview.
This gives both CWDT and the client a clear picture of the proposed environment before paid setup work begins.
One-time costs and recurring monthly costs are shown separately.

YOUR COST OVERVIEW
Depending on the requested setup, the overview can include:
CWDT STARTUP SERVICE
€500 one-time per VPS
This is the CWDT fee for the agreed initial complete technical setup of that VPS environment.
VPS HOSTING
The applicable VPS provider and hosting subscription.
VPS hosting is a third-party cost and is paid separately to the relevant VPS provider.
Where available, CWDT may provide an affiliate or discount option.
EXPERT ADVISORS & LICENCES
The cost of any Expert Advisors or licences that need to be purchased from third-party sellers or developers.
These costs are paid separately to the applicable provider.
SETFILES
Without an applicable active CWDT Membership, the Startup Service uses client-owned or seller-provided setfiles.
If a seller charges separately for a setfile or configuration package, that cost can be shown in the setup overview.
CWDT proprietary setfiles are subject to an applicable active CWDT Membership and are not permanently transferred through the Startup Service.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Any applicable external software or monitoring costs.
Depending on the environment, this may include paid functionality from monitoring or technical service providers.
OPTIONAL CWDT TECHNICAL MANAGED SERVICES
If the client wants CWDT to continue managing the technical environment after the Startup Service, the applicable recurring Technical Managed Services Level and cost can also be included in the overview.
CLIENT-SELECTED BROKER FUNDING
For planning purposes, the client may tell CWDT how much they personally intend to deposit into the relevant broker accounts.
This amount can be shown in the overview so the client can see the complete intended budget of their setup.
Broker deposits are not a CWDT fee and are not paid to CWDT.
The client independently determines how much trading capital, if any, they wish to deposit or allocate.
CWDT does not determine or recommend how much trading capital the client should invest or deposit.
The applicable CWDT service Level is determined by the technical environment and service scope — not by the amount of trading capital.

YOU APPROVE THE PLAN BEFORE WE BUILD IT
Before the initial setup begins, the client and CWDT agree on the applicable scope.
This can include approval of:
number of VPS servers;
VPS provider/environment;
number of MT5 terminals;
broker environments;
trading accounts to be connected;
Expert Advisors;
licences;
applicable setfiles;
monitoring;
autostart configuration;
technical support requirements;
third-party costs;
applicable CWDT service costs;
and the intended handover or ongoing-management arrangement.
The agreed scope is recorded before paid setup work begins.
If the requested environment requires more than one VPS or additional exceptional technical work, CWDT will inform the client and include any additional cost in the plan before approval.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUILD EVERYTHING YOURSELF
Buying an Expert Advisor is only one part of creating an automated trading environment.
Several technical components need to work together correctly.
A small configuration mistake can already create problems.
For example:
the wrong broker server is selected;
the wrong MT5 terminal is used;
an EA is installed on the wrong chart or timeframe;
an incorrect setfile is loaded;
AutoTrading is disabled;
MT5 does not restart after the VPS reboots;
monitoring is not connected correctly;
an EA licence is not activated correctly;
or the different parts of the environment are simply not configured to work together.
CWDT helps structure the agreed technical environment from the beginning.

WHAT CWDT CAN SET UP
The exact setup depends on the agreed environment.
The Professional VPS Startup Service can include the following.
VPS CONFIGURATION
Initial configuration and preparation of the VPS environment.
This can include applicable:
system configuration;
technical settings;
system checks;
updates;
preparation for MT5;
and other agreed technical requirements.
BASIC SECURITY CONFIGURATION
Basic technical security configuration and checks for the VPS environment.
CWDT recommends strong unique passwords and two-factor authentication where supported.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from technical failure, unauthorised access or cyber threats.
MT5 INSTALLATION
Installation and configuration of the agreed MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals.
The Professional VPS Startup Service is designed around MT5 environments.
CWDT can also check that the applicable broker environment and broker server are technically connected to the correct MT5 terminal.

BROKER AND PLATFORM CONNECTION
CWDT can technically connect the applicable trading accounts to the agreed MT5 environments.
Where requested, CWDT can also provide practical assistance during a broker or platform registration process.
The client remains responsible for:
completing KYC and identity verification;
providing accurate personal information;
answering regulatory and suitability questions truthfully;
account ownership;
accepting broker terms;
deposits;
withdrawals;
and personal financial information provided to the broker.
CWDT can explain technical terminology and the practical registration process.
CWDT does not answer personal suitability, income, capital, knowledge or experience questions on behalf of the client.
Where applicable, registration may take place through a CWDT affiliate or referral link.
Affiliate, broker and partner relationships are disclosed in the CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure.
Using a CWDT affiliate or referral link does not itself create an additional charge for the client.
If you intend to continue after the Startup Service with CWDT Technical Managed Services, tell CWDT before the setup begins so that the environment can use a broker supported for ongoing management.
The currently supported brokers for ongoing management are IC Trading, Vantage, RoboForex and Darwinex, as set out in the CWDT Service Terms.

EXPERT ADVISOR INSTALLATION
CWDT can install the Expert Advisors agreed with and approved by the client within the applicable MT5 terminals.
Where applicable, this can include:
EA installation;
licence activation assistance;
correct chart placement;
correct timeframe configuration;
applicable technical inputs;
and basic operational checks.
The use of a particular Expert Advisor does not guarantee profitability or future performance.
SETFILE INSTALLATION
Installation and technical configuration of the applicable setfiles depends on the client's service arrangement.
WITHOUT AN ACTIVE APPLICABLE CWDT MEMBERSHIP
The Startup Service uses:
the client's own setfiles; or
setfiles supplied by the applicable Expert Advisor seller or developer.
Client-owned or seller-provided setfiles are not automatically tested by CWDT.
The client remains responsible for testing those setfiles before Live use.
WITH AN ACTIVE APPLICABLE CWDT MEMBERSHIP
CWDT proprietary setfiles may be used where included within the applicable Membership or Technical Managed Services Level.
CWDT proprietary setfiles remain subject to the applicable active CWDT Membership and CWDT Service Terms.
They are not transferred as permanent standalone intellectual property through the €500 Startup Service.
Lot size, leverage-related configuration and other risk settings are configured only as agreed with the client.
The client remains responsible for their own trading risk and approval of the applicable settings.
A setfile does not guarantee future profitability.

MONITORING SETUP
Depending on the agreed environment and the client's permission, CWDT can help configure monitoring tools.
These can include:
MYFXBOOK
For account statistics, trading history and drawdown monitoring.
FXBLUE
For additional trading statistics and account information.
UPTIMEROBOT
For applicable VPS or service-availability monitoring.
TRADINGVIEW
Where useful for charts, watchlists and alerts.
Monitoring connections that require trading data or investor/read-only access are created only where agreed with the client.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

AUTOSTART & RESTART CONFIGURATION
A VPS can restart because of:
operating-system updates;
server maintenance;
network issues;
technical problems;
or other events.
CWDT can configure the environment so that, where technically possible, the required applications recover correctly after a restart.
This can include applicable checks involving:
MT5 startup;
the correct MT5 terminals;
AutoTrading status;
EA placement;
configuration files;
and monitoring services.
Autostart and restart configuration can reduce certain operational risks but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

INITIAL TECHNICAL CHECKS
Before handover, CWDT performs initial technical checks of the agreed environment.
Depending on the setup, these can include:
VPS availability;
MT5 connections;
broker-server connections;
Expert Advisor installation;
setfile configuration;
AutoTrading settings;
EA licence status where technically visible;
autostart behaviour;
restart behaviour;
monitoring connections;
and other agreed technical checks.

REMOTE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Where required and agreed with the client, CWDT can provide remote technical setup assistance.
This can be used for activities such as:
VPS configuration;
MT5 installation;
EA installation;
setfile installation;
monitoring setup;
autostart setup;
technical troubleshooting;
and initial setup checks.
Remote access is only used with the client's permission.

COMPLETELY NEW TO AUTOMATED TRADING?
If automated trading is completely new to you, that is not a problem.
You do not need to understand VPS servers, MT5, Expert Advisors, setfiles, monitoring and technical configuration before getting started.
Through the CWDT Professional VPS Startup Service and, afterwards, an applicable CWDT Technical Managed Services Level (Levels 2–6), CWDT can help explain how the different technical parts of the environment work together.
DEMO FIRST
CWDT tests and evaluates the Expert Advisors and CWDT proprietary setfiles it provides within its Memberships and Technical Managed Services.
Client-owned or seller-provided setfiles installed through the Professional VPS Startup Service are not automatically tested by CWDT.
CWDT strongly recommends testing trading systems on a Demo account before considering Live trading.
The Startup Service does not impose a mandatory fixed Demo-testing duration.
The appropriate amount of testing depends on the applicable system, environment and circumstances.
USING A REALISTIC DEMO ENVIRONMENT
A Demo environment can be configured to resemble the intended Live environment as closely as reasonably practical.
For example, if the client independently decides that they later intend to use a certain Live account balance, they may choose a Demo account with a comparable balance.
Where possible, relevant settings can also be made similar, including:
broker environment;
account balance;
leverage;
lot size;
Expert Advisors;
applicable setfiles;
risk settings;
and MT5 configuration.
This can help the client better understand:
position sizing;
drawdown behaviour;
margin behaviour;
interactions between different Expert Advisors;
and the general behaviour of the trading environment.
This does not mean Demo and Live trading are identical.
Execution, liquidity, spreads, slippage, commissions and other market or broker conditions can differ.
Demo results do not guarantee comparable Live results.

LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE
Trading systems should not be judged on the basis of one good day or one bad day.
A profitable day does not prove that a system will remain profitable.
A losing day does not automatically mean that a system has failed.
Automated trading should be assessed over a meaningful period and in the context of the complete trading environment.
Where monitoring and review are included within the applicable CWDT Technical Managed Services Level, CWDT and the client can review relevant information together.
This can include:
overall account development;
drawdown;
technical stability;
behaviour of individual Expert Advisors;
differences between trading systems;
configuration consistency;
and whether the complete trading environment continues to operate within the agreed technical setup.
The purpose is not to chase short-term results.
The purpose is to understand how the environment behaves over time and to support informed technical decisions based on a broader history rather than a single trade or trading day.
Any material change resulting from such a review — including changes to lot size, risk settings, setfiles or active Expert Advisors — is only implemented with the client's prior approval.
Trading takes time.
A longer-term perspective, realistic expectations and disciplined risk management are more meaningful than judging a system after only a small number of trades.
Previous results, Demo testing, backtests, forward tests and historical performance do not guarantee future results.
A technically correct and previously tested trading environment can still incur losses.

HOW THE STARTUP PROCESS WORKS
€500 ONE-TIME PER VPS*
Complete initial CWDT technical setup and configuration of one agreed VPS environment.
The scope is agreed with CWDT before payment. Payment instructions and the applicable final amount are confirmed before payment, including any applicable VAT, platform-related charges or other agreed payment costs.
Before anything is purchased or installed, we first define what your setup actually requires.
STEP 1 — REQUEST YOUR SETUP
Tell CWDT what you are trying to build.
You do not need to know every technical detail already.
STEP 2 — DEFINE THE ENVIRONMENT
CWDT and the client determine the requested technical environment.
This can include:
VPS servers;
broker environments;
MT5 terminals;
Expert Advisors;
licences;
setfiles;
monitoring;
and other technical requirements.
STEP 3 — RECEIVE YOUR SETUP PLAN & COST OVERVIEW
CWDT prepares the proposed technical setup and applicable costs.
This allows the client to understand the complete intended environment before approving the setup.
STEP 4 — CLIENT APPROVAL
The client approves the agreed technical scope.
This includes, where applicable:
number of VPS servers;
number of MT5 terminals;
applicable broker environments;
Expert Advisors;
licences;
setfiles;
monitoring;
and applicable service costs.
STEP 5 — PURCHASE THE STARTUP SERVICE
“The applicable €500 Professional VPS Startup Service is purchased and paid in full through the agreed payment method.”
CWDT does not begin the applicable paid setup work before the required payment and contractual information have been completed.
STEP 6 — BUILD THE ENVIRONMENT
CWDT performs the agreed initial technical setup.
STEP 7 — INITIAL CHECKS
CWDT checks the agreed technical environment before handover.
STEP 8 — HANDOVER OR CONTINUED MANAGEMENT
After completion, the client chooses between:
SELF-MANAGEMENT
The client takes over the environment and becomes responsible for ongoing maintenance and technical management.
CWDT TECHNICAL MANAGED SERVICES
CWDT continues managing the applicable technical environment under an agreed Level 2–6 Technical Managed Services arrangement.
AFTER THE STARTUP — YOU CHOOSE
OPTION 1 — MANAGE IT YOURSELF
After handover, you can manage the technical environment independently.
You then become responsible for ongoing:
VPS maintenance;
software updates;
MT5 management;
monitoring;
Expert Advisor changes;
setfile changes;
restart checks;
troubleshooting;
and security.
If CWDT will no longer manage the environment after handover, CWDT recommends changing relevant passwords and access credentials.
Any CWDT proprietary resources remain subject to the applicable CWDT Membership and Service Terms.
OPTION 2 — LET CWDT MANAGE THE TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
If you prefer ongoing technical management, you can continue with an applicable CWDT Technical Managed Services Level (Levels 2–6).
Within the applicable agreed Level and service scope, CWDT can continue handling the technical environment from A to Z.
Depending on the applicable Level, this can include:
VPS technical maintenance;
MT5 management;
technical monitoring;
Expert Advisor installation and maintenance;
setfile management;
infrastructure checks;
configuration management;
software updates;
restart checks;
technical troubleshooting;
and ongoing technical support.
Material changes affecting the active trading setup — including changes to lot size, risk settings, setfiles or active Expert Advisors — require the client's prior approval.
The recurring Technical Managed Services fee is separate from the one-time €500 Professional VPS Startup Service.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE €500?
The €500 Professional VPS Startup Service fee covers the agreed CWDT technical work for the initial complete setup of one agreed VPS environment.
Depending on the approved scope, this can include:
VPS configuration;
MT5 installation;
broker connection;
Expert Advisor installation;
applicable setfile installation;
monitoring setup;
autostart configuration;
restart configuration;
basic technical security configuration;
initial technical checks;
and remote technical assistance.
The exact scope is confirmed before payment.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
The €500 CWDT fee does not include external or third-party costs.
These can include:
VPS hosting subscriptions;
broker deposits;
Expert Advisor purchases;
EA licence fees;
seller-provided setfiles;
MQL5 purchases;
third-party software;
paid monitoring services;
broker fees;
spreads;
commissions;
swaps;
payment-processing or transaction costs where applicable;
and other third-party products or services.
These costs are paid to the respective third-party providers.
CWDT may provide affiliate links or discount opportunities for selected providers.
Any applicable commercial relationship is disclosed in the CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure.
An applicable CWDT Membership or Technical Managed Services subscription is also separate from the €500 Startup Service.

ONE-TIME INITIAL SETUP PER VPS
The CWDT Professional VPS Startup Service is charged once per VPS when that VPS receives its first complete CWDT setup and configuration.
Each additional VPS requiring a separate complete initial CWDT setup requires its own Startup Service.
Changing between applicable CWDT Membership or Technical Managed Services Levels does not by itself create another €500 Startup Service charge for the same VPS if that VPS has already received its complete initial CWDT setup.
Existing client VPS servers that were already completely installed and configured by CWDT before the formal introduction of the Professional VPS Startup Service are treated as already having received their initial CWDT setup.
A VPS that has not previously received a complete CWDT setup requires the Startup Service before CWDT can take over its ongoing technical management.
If a VPS is later:
replaced;
completely rebuilt;
reinstalled;
or materially changed to the extent that a new complete setup is required,
a new Professional VPS Startup Service may apply.
CWDT will inform the client before any new Startup Service is charged or paid work begins.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Depending on the agreed setup, CWDT may require:
VPS access;
broker account information;
correct MT5 account/server details;
EA files;
EA licences;
platform access;
cooperation with email and 2FA verification steps where technically necessary;
applicable monitoring permissions;
and other information reasonably required for the technical setup.
The client remains responsible for:
identity verification;
personal broker questions;
account ownership;
deposits;
withdrawals;
trading capital;
risk decisions;
and personal trading decisions.
Cyber Wolfdog Trading does not take custody of client funds.
CWDT handles and removes operational credentials in accordance with the applicable CWDT Privacy Policy, Service Terms and legal retention requirements.

PAYMENT BEFORE SETUP
The applicable €500 Professional VPS Startup Service must be purchased and paid in full through the agreed payment method before CWDT begins the agreed paid setup work.
The technical scope is agreed before payment.
Payment instructions and the applicable final amount are confirmed before payment. The €500 represents the CWDT service fee. Depending on the applicable payment method, client location and payment platform, VAT, platform-related charges, payment-processing costs or other applicable transaction costs may be added or applied.
External products and services remain subject to the pricing, licensing, availability and conditions of their respective providers.

CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing the Professional VPS Startup Service at a distance.
If you ask CWDT to begin the setup during this withdrawal period, you will be asked to expressly request early commencement of the service.
If you withdraw after CWDT has started the work at your express request, you will be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the Professional VPS Startup Service already performed, calculated on the basis of the €500 service price.
The remaining amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the CWDT Service Terms.
Once the agreed service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period at your express request and after the legally required acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
The applicable rules are explained in more detail in the CWDT Service Terms.
CWDT records the client's applicable request for early commencement where required.
