CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure
Cyber Wolfdog Trading — part of Chiwi’s IT
Version: 1.8
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This version applies from its date of publication.
This Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains the affiliate, referral, partner and other commercial relationships maintained by Cyber Wolfdog Trading (“CWDT”).
It also explains how those relationships may interact with:
CWDT Technical Managed Services;
broker selection;
Expert Advisor selection and testing;
VPS services;
software and technology providers;
research and educational services.
Affiliate or commercial relationships do not replace CWDT’s technical testing and selection procedures.
This Disclosure should be read together with the:
CWDT Service Terms;
Legal & Trading Risk Disclaimer;
Privacy Policy.
1. Affiliate, Referral and Partner Relationships
CWDT may participate in affiliate, referral, partner or other commercial programmes operated by third-party providers.
These relationships may include:
brokers;
trading platforms;
VPS providers;
Expert Advisor developers and sellers;
software providers;
trading-tool providers;
technology providers;
research and analysis providers;
educational providers;
marketplaces;
other trading-related providers.
Where a Client uses an applicable CWDT affiliate link, referral relationship or partner arrangement, CWDT may receive compensation from the relevant third party.
Not every CWDT relationship generates affiliate compensation.
2. Client Costs and CWDT Broker Referral Relationships
Using an applicable CWDT broker referral relationship does not create a separate CWDT affiliate fee or surcharge for the Client.
CWDT does not add any markup to the spreads or commissions of accounts opened or linked through its referral relationships.
Because CWDT does not add any markup, Clients do not pay a higher spread or commission as a result of the CWDT referral.
Normal broker trading costs still apply and may include:
spreads;
trading commissions;
swaps or overnight financing charges;
account-specific charges;
other normal broker fees.
CWDT may receive compensation under a broker’s affiliate, referral or introducing-broker programme.
Such compensation does not result in CWDT adding an additional spread, commission or CWDT affiliate fee to the Client’s account.
3. Third-Party Charges Remain Separate
Third-party providers determine their own pricing and service costs.
Depending on the provider, these may include:
spreads;
commissions;
swaps;
VPS hosting fees;
licence costs;
software charges;
subscription costs;
account fees;
transaction costs;
other applicable charges.
These third-party charges are separate from CWDT Membership and Technical Managed Services fees.
Broker referral pricing is addressed specifically in Section 2.
Clients should review the pricing applicable to the specific third-party product, account or service they use.
4. How CWDT May Receive Compensation
Depending on the applicable third-party programme, CWDT may receive:
fixed referral compensation;
one-time commission;
recurring commission;
revenue share;
compensation connected with an eligible account;
compensation connected with a product purchase;
compensation connected with a service;
compensation connected with qualifying activity;
another form of commercial partner compensation.
The precise compensation structure is determined by the relevant provider.
CWDT does not receive compensation under every partner or developer relationship.
5. Technical Selection and Commercial Relationships Are Separate
CWDT separates the technical assessment of a product or provider from the availability of affiliate compensation.
An affiliate relationship does not by itself make:
a broker suitable for Technical Managed Services;
an Expert Advisor suitable for recommendation;
a VPS suitable for a managed environment;
software suitable for CWDT use.
Products and providers remain subject to the relevant CWDT technical and operational criteria.
6. Practical Value of Partner Relationships
Relationships with developers and technical providers may give CWDT access to resources that assist with testing and technical support.
Depending on the relationship, this may include:
direct technical communication;
direct developer contact;
original product documentation;
original setfiles;
testing licences;
pre-release versions;
updated builds;
product-development information;
technical support;
escalation of identified issues;
Client pricing benefits where available.
These relationships can therefore have both a technical and a commercial component.
7. Client Pricing Benefits
Where available, CWDT may seek commercial arrangements that can provide Clients with:
reduced purchase prices;
Client discounts;
improved purchasing conditions;
improved support;
other practical benefits.
CWDT may also receive affiliate compensation from the same provider.
A Client discount and affiliate compensation may therefore exist within the same commercial relationship.
CWDT does not list promotional codes or temporary promotional offers in this Disclosure because such arrangements may change over time.
8. Research and Technical Infrastructure
Affiliate and referral income may contribute towards CWDT’s research, testing and technical infrastructure.
This may include:
research servers;
office servers;
research computers;
VPS infrastructure;
MT5 environments;
broker test accounts;
software and licences;
backtesting;
stress testing;
demo testing;
forward testing;
live-market verification;
Expert Advisor evaluation;
configuration testing;
broker testing;
technical monitoring.
The availability of affiliate income does not determine whether a product passes CWDT’s testing or selection process.
9. CWDT Testing Investment
CWDT invests its own:
time;
technical infrastructure;
specialist work;
monitoring capacity;
testing resources;
and, where applicable, testing capital
in the evaluation of Expert Advisors and trading environments.
Not every product entering the evaluation process will ultimately be selected.
Where a product does not meet the applicable CWDT requirements, CWDT may discontinue its use or decide not to recommend it.
CWDT may also perform live-market verification within its own testing environments before deciding whether a product is suitable for further use.
10. Testing Does Not Eliminate Trading Risk
No Expert Advisor or trading environment can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
Testing cannot guarantee:
future profitability;
future returns;
prevention of loss;
maximum drawdown;
identical future behaviour.
Testing is used to obtain technical and practical information and to support CWDT’s selection process.
11. Supported Broker Environments for CWDT Technical Managed Services
At the date of this Disclosure, the supported broker environments for CWDT Technical Managed Services are:
IC Trading
Vantage
RoboForex
Darwinex
Bybit
These brokers may be used within CWDT Technical Managed Services subject to the applicable account, technical and service requirements.
The supported broker list is separate from the broader list of providers with which CWDT may maintain an affiliate, referral or commercial relationship.
12. Darwinex and Darwinex Zero
Darwinex and Darwinex Zero are separate services and are treated separately by CWDT.
Darwinex is one of the supported broker environments listed in Section 11.
Darwinex Zero is a separate service and relationship.
A reference to Darwinex should therefore not be interpreted as a reference to Darwinex Zero, or vice versa.
13. Why Broker Environment Matters
Expert Advisors and configurations may behave differently between broker environments.
Relevant differences can include:
spreads;
commissions;
swaps;
contract specifications;
symbols;
leverage;
margin requirements;
execution;
slippage;
liquidity;
order-fill methods;
stop levels;
trading hours;
account types;
trading servers;
broker-specific technical conditions.
Testing in one broker environment does not establish that identical behaviour will occur in another environment.
14. CWDT Broker Evaluation Criteria
CWDT may consider factors including:
competitive spreads;
transparent commissions;
execution speed;
execution reliability;
slippage;
order-fill quality;
stable MT5 operation;
trading-server stability;
technical infrastructure;
contract specifications;
available account types;
leverage options where permitted;
margin conditions;
deposit processes;
withdrawal processes;
withdrawal handling;
customer support;
provider transparency;
compatibility with CWDT Expert Advisors and configurations;
applicable legal and regulatory environment;
overall operational quality.
These are evaluation criteria.
They are not a representation or guarantee that a supported broker will satisfy every criterion at all times.
Broker conditions may change.
15. Evaluation of Additional Brokers
CWDT continues to research and evaluate additional broker environments.
Additional brokers may be considered where they appear capable of meeting CWDT’s technical and operational requirements.
An affiliate opportunity alone is not sufficient for a broker to be added to the supported managed-service list.
CWDT may therefore investigate brokers with or without an existing commercial relationship.
16. Affiliate Relationship Does Not Equal Broker Approval
CWDT distinguishes between:
an affiliate or commercial relationship
and:
technical approval for CWDT Technical Managed Services.
A provider may have a commercial relationship with CWDT without being part of the supported broker list.
A broker may also be technically evaluated before any commercial relationship exists.
17. Other Broker and Trading-Provider Relationships
Separate from the supported managed broker environments listed in Section 11, CWDT may maintain affiliate, referral or commercial relationships with other trading or financial providers.
Current or recent relationships may include, where applicable:
Bybit EU
Darwinex Zero
PU Prime
other trading-related providers disclosed by CWDT.
The existence of such a relationship does not mean that the provider is approved for CWDT Technical Managed Services.
18. Managed Services and Broker Referral Relationships
Where CWDT maintains an applicable referral relationship with a supported managed broker, CWDT may require the relevant managed-service account to be:
opened through the applicable CWDT relationship;
linked to that relationship;
or transferred to that relationship where the provider permits this.
This applies only where:
the provider permits the arrangement;
the account can technically be linked;
applicable requirements permit the arrangement.
The Client’s broker account remains in the Client’s own name.
19. Existing Broker Accounts
Where a Client already has an account with a supported broker, CWDT may investigate whether that account can be linked to the applicable CWDT relationship.
Whether this is possible depends on the broker’s own:
procedures;
systems;
account structure;
affiliate rules.
CWDT cannot guarantee that an existing account can be transferred or linked.
20. New Broker Accounts
Where a new broker account is required for CWDT Technical Managed Services, the account may be established through the applicable CWDT referral relationship.
The account remains in the Client’s own name.
The Client remains responsible for:
personal information;
KYC;
identity verification;
proof of address;
accepting the broker’s terms;
information requested by the broker;
funding the account.
CWDT does not complete identity verification on behalf of a Client.
21. Broker Client-Portal Access
Where technically necessary for CWDT Technical Managed Services, CWDT may require access to the Client’s broker portal.
Such access may be used for agreed technical activities including:
checking account settings;
checking leverage;
configuring leverage where a material change has been approved by the Client;
checking or configuring account/base currency where supported;
creating or configuring demo accounts;
creating or configuring live accounts;
checking technical information required for the Managed Environment.
Broker-portal access does not transfer account ownership or Client trading capital to CWDT.
22. CWDT Does Not Handle Client Trading Funds
CWDT does not receive, hold, route, transfer, deposit or withdraw Client trading funds through any Cyber Wolfdog Trading or Chiwi’s IT bank or payment account.
Deposits and withdrawals are carried out directly between:
the Client;
and the applicable broker or provider.
Affiliate or referral compensation paid to CWDT is separate from Client trading capital.
23. Deposits, Withdrawals and KYC
CWDT does not use broker-portal access to initiate:
deposits;
withdrawals;
transfers of Client trading capital.
The Client remains responsible for:
deposits;
withdrawals;
KYC;
identity verification;
payment information;
personal financial information required by the broker.
24. Level 1 — CWDT Membership — Self-Managed
Level 1 Palladium is the CWDT Membership — Self-Managed level.
Level 1 Clients manage their own trading environment and may select another broker.
Where that broker has not been sufficiently tested by CWDT, CWDT cannot represent that its:
configurations;
setfiles;
Expert Advisor combinations;
technical procedures
have been tested for that environment.
The Level 1 Client remains responsible for the appropriate testing and compatibility assessment.
Use of a CWDT referral relationship is not a requirement of Level 1.
Where a suitable CWDT referral relationship exists, CWDT may make that relationship available to the Client.
25. CWDT Expert Advisor Selection
CWDT recommends Expert Advisors based on its own testing, practical experience and evaluation.
Expert Advisors recommended by CWDT are also used and traded by CWDT within its own environments.
The availability of affiliate compensation does not replace this requirement.
CWDT does not select an Expert Advisor solely because:
it is commercially popular;
it offers affiliate compensation;
a developer wishes it to be promoted.
26. Expert Advisor Testing
Depending on the product, CWDT evaluation may include:
technical review;
documentation review;
original setfile review;
backtesting;
stress testing;
demo testing;
forward testing;
live-market verification;
broker-environment testing;
execution evaluation;
risk-behaviour evaluation;
drawdown evaluation;
practical operation;
update testing;
revised-version testing.
Testing may continue over an extended period.
CWDT may reject a product after testing where CWDT does not consider it suitable for recommendation.
27. Testing and Reviews for Developers
CWDT may test and review Expert Advisors at the request of developers or sellers.
Depending on the project, the process may include:
developer intake;
strategy alignment;
review of intended trading logic;
review of manuals;
review of original setfiles;
backtesting;
stress testing;
demo testing;
live-market verification;
performance evaluation;
usability feedback;
documentation feedback.
CWDT does not purchase Expert Advisors for the purpose of reviewing them.
For testing projects, developers may provide CWDT with the materials required to perform the evaluation, including:
demo licences;
live testing licences;
setfiles;
documentation;
development or pre-release versions.
These materials are provided for testing purposes.
CWDT does not charge developers a fee for the review itself.
The provision of a licence, test version or other testing access does not guarantee:
a positive outcome;
a recommendation;
promotion;
an affiliate relationship.
28. Demo and Live Verification
Where appropriate, evaluation may progress through stages including:
backtesting and initial review;
demo testing;
live-market verification;
final evaluation.
Live verification can provide information that historical backtesting cannot always reproduce.
CWDT may therefore use its own testing environments and testing capital when evaluating practical live-market behaviour.
29. Pre-Release Testing
CWDT may sometimes test an Expert Advisor before its official commercial release.
This may include access to:
development versions;
pre-release versions;
test builds;
revised builds;
demo licences;
live testing licences;
original setfiles;
supporting documentation.
Pre-release access does not mean the final product will automatically be recommended.
30. Direct Developer Cooperation
CWDT maintains direct working relationships with selected Expert Advisor developers.
Depending on the relationship, CWDT may:
report technical issues;
discuss unexpected behaviour;
clarify strategy logic;
discuss settings;
discuss broker-specific behaviour;
provide usability feedback;
discuss observed risk characteristics;
test revised versions;
test updates;
request technical improvements;
suggest adjustments intended to improve end-user usability.
Where technically possible, a developer may choose to implement changes suggested following CWDT testing or practical use.
The developer remains responsible for development decisions.
31. Developer Cooperation and Client Environments
Direct communication with a developer may allow CWDT to obtain information about:
intended EA behaviour;
technical limitations;
configuration requirements;
broker dependencies;
updates;
revised builds;
development changes.
It may also allow technical observations arising from CWDT testing or Client environments to be communicated directly to the developer.
32. Relationship Between Testing and Affiliate Cooperation
An affiliate relationship is not a substitute for product testing.
CWDT may establish or maintain a commercial relationship with a developer after CWDT has obtained sufficient experience with the developer or product.
Affiliate compensation does not determine whether the Expert Advisor passes CWDT’s technical assessment.
33. Expert Advisor and Software Affiliate Relationships
CWDT may receive affiliate compensation where a Client purchases an eligible Expert Advisor or software product through an applicable CWDT relationship.
CWDT does not receive affiliate compensation under every developer relationship.
Using a CWDT affiliate link for an Expert Advisor or software product does not create an additional CWDT fee for the Client.
The developer or seller remains responsible for determining the product’s retail price.
Where available, CWDT may seek Client pricing benefits or other commercial advantages from developers and sellers.
34. Expert Advisor, Software and Technology Relationships
Current or recent CWDT relationships may include:
Profalgo / Forex EA Solutions/ Wim Schrynemakers
Magma Solutions UG/ Markus Magera
Soma Gold/ Andreii Soma
DARK EAs
EA Trading Academy
Telegram to MT5 Copier
Robo Market
STONKS GO UP
The exact nature of each relationship may differ.
A relationship may involve:
direct developer contact;
product testing;
technical cooperation;
product use;
affiliate arrangements;
referral arrangements;
other commercial cooperation.
A relationship with a developer does not mean that every product produced by that developer is automatically recommended.
Products are assessed individually.
35. VPS Partner Relationships
CWDT may maintain affiliate or commercial relationships with VPS providers.
Current or recent relationships include:
Forex VPS
Hetzner
For Technical Managed Services,
CWDT may specify:
an approved or preferred VPS provider;
minimum technical specifications;
operating-system requirements;
resource requirements;
other infrastructure requirements.
At the date of this Disclosure, Forex VPS is both an important VPS provider used within CWDT managed environments and an affiliate partner of CWDT.
CWDT therefore has a commercial interest in this relationship.
Selection of a VPS environment is nevertheless also based on operational considerations including:
stability;
reliability;
server resources;
latency;
MT5 compatibility;
Expert Advisor compatibility.
VPS hosting is purchased and paid separately by the Client.
Using a CWDT VPS affiliate relationship does not create a separate CWDT affiliate fee for the Client. Clients using the CWDT Forex VPS relationship receive a discount from Forex VPS.
36. Research, Analysis and Educational Relationships
CWDT may maintain affiliate or referral relationships with providers of research, analysis or educational services.
CWDT actively looks for new cooperation with research, analysis and educational providers, with the aim of continuing to improve the quality of the information, tools and resources available to its Clients.
Such cooperation may, but does not always, involve affiliate or referral compensation. Where it does, Section 40 applies.
Current or recent relationships may include:
Seeking Alpha Premium
Alpha Picks
EA Trading Academy educational programmes
These services remain separate from CWDT Technical Managed Services.
CWDT does not guarantee:
accuracy of third-party analysis;
completeness of third-party research;
future performance of investment selections;
results from third-party educational material.
Clients remain responsible for their own research and decisions.
37. Marketplaces and Seller Platforms
CWDT may use third-party marketplaces or seller platforms to:
obtain Expert Advisors;
obtain software;
communicate with developers;
publish CWDT products;
publish trading signals;
distribute tools or content.
Use of a marketplace does not automatically mean that CWDT has an affiliate relationship with the marketplace itself.
38. Third-Party Products and Costs
Certain Expert Advisors, software licences or other third-party services may need to be purchased directly from the relevant provider.
Third-party products remain subject to that provider’s:
pricing;
terms;
licence conditions;
support conditions;
refund conditions;
technical requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party product costs are separate from CWDT Membership fees.
39. Commercial Relationships Do Not Guarantee Performance
An affiliate, referral or commercial relationship does not guarantee:
broker execution quality;
uninterrupted broker availability;
VPS uptime;
Expert Advisor profitability;
reliability of third-party software;
future trading results;
suitability for every Client.
Third-party providers remain responsible for their own products and services.
40. Potential Conflicts of Interest
Affiliate, referral and commercial relationships may create a financial or other interest for CWDT.
Depending on the provider’s programme, CWDT may receive compensation because:
a Client opens an account;
a Client purchases a product;
a Client purchases or maintains a service;
a Client subscribes to an eligible service;
qualifying activity occurs.
Where broker compensation is linked to trading activity, CWDT may have a financial interest in the trading activity of an account that CWDT technically manages.
Where CWDT recommends an Expert Advisor from a developer with which CWDT has an affiliate relationship, CWDT may receive compensation if the Client purchases that product.
CWDT may also receive non-cash testing benefits from developers, including:
demo licences;
live testing licences;
pre-release access;
test builds;
software access required for evaluation.
Such testing access does not guarantee a positive review, recommendation or commercial relationship.
CWDT discloses these interests so that Clients can take them into account.
41. Commercial Compensation Does Not Override Client Risk Controls
Commercial interests do not override the Client-approval requirements contained in the CWDT Service Terms.
Material changes to matters including:
lot size;
leverage where a change materially affects the agreed risk profile;
risk settings;
material trading parameters;
active trading strategy
remain subject to prior Client approval as provided in the CWDT Service Terms.
Affiliate or referral compensation does not give CWDT permission to increase Client risk for the purpose of generating commercial compensation.
42. Client Choice Outside CWDT Technical Managed Services
Outside CWDT Technical Managed Services, Clients remain free to evaluate and select third-party providers for themselves.
Clients should consider matters including:
legal entity;
jurisdiction;
applicable regulation;
spreads;
commissions;
execution;
account conditions;
withdrawal procedures;
technical compatibility;
service quality;
individual requirements.
This is separate from Technical Managed Services, where use of a supported environment and, where applicable, an applicable referral relationship may form part of the service requirements.
43. Client Responsibility for Third-Party Providers
Before opening an account or purchasing a third-party product or service, Clients should review the provider’s own:
terms;
pricing;
privacy policy;
risk disclosures;
licence conditions;
regulatory information.
For financial providers, Clients should verify:
the legal entity with which they contract;
jurisdiction;
applicable regulation;
protections applicable to their account.
CWDT does not control third-party contractual terms.
44. Affiliate Relationships Do Not Change Account Ownership
An affiliate, referral or commercial relationship does not give CWDT ownership of:
the Client’s broker account;
the Client’s VPS account;
Client trading capital;
the Client’s bank account;
the Client’s payment account.
The third-party account or service remains a relationship between the Client and the relevant provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
45. Changes to Providers and Relationships
CWDT may:
add new partners;
discontinue existing relationships;
evaluate additional brokers;
add supported broker environments;
remove broker environments that no longer satisfy CWDT requirements;
change VPS relationships;
add or discontinue developer relationships;
change referral relationships.
Third-party providers may also independently change or discontinue their commercial programmes.
This Disclosure may therefore be updated when material relationships change.
46. Privacy
Affiliate links, broker portals and partner relationships may involve processing of personal information.
Each third-party provider remains responsible for its own privacy practices.
CWDT’s processing of personal information is governed by the:
Privacy Policy — Cyber Wolfdog Trading
https://ebooks.cyberwolfdogtrading.com/privacy-policy
47. Relationship With the CWDT Service Terms
Clients using CWDT Memberships or CWDT Technical Managed Services should also read:
CWDT Service Terms — Memberships, Technical Managed Services & VPS Startup Service
https://ebooks.cyberwolfdogtrading.com/service-terms
The Service Terms remain the primary contractual document governing the CWDT service relationship.
48. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Nothing in an affiliate, referral or commercial relationship overrides:
applicable law;
mandatory consumer rights;
provider requirements;
broker requirements;
applicable regulatory obligations.
Where a particular commercial arrangement cannot lawfully be used for a particular Client, country, broker or legal entity, this Disclosure does not override those requirements.
