CWDT SERVICE TERMS

Cyber Wolfdog Trading (CWDT)

Version 1.6

Effective / Updated: 2 October 2026

These Service Terms apply to applicable services, memberships, technical resources and technical assistance provided by Cyber Wolfdog Trading (“CWDT”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, requesting or using an applicable CWDT service, the client confirms

that they have reviewed and accepted these Service Terms together with the applicable:

  • Legal & Trading Risk Disclaimer;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure;

  • applicable product or service page;

  • applicable Patreon purchase or Membership page;

  • and any individually agreed technical scope or service arrangement.

Where an individually agreed written technical scope applies, that scope supplements these Service Terms.

CWDT does not take custody of client funds.

CWDT does not guarantee investment returns, profits or trading performance.

3. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

CWDT provides technical, educational and informational services.

Nothing provided by CWDT should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, guaranteed return or guaranteed trading result.

Trading and the use of automated trading systems involve financial risk and can result in partial or complete loss of trading capital.

Expert Advisors, setfiles, indicators, signals, monitoring tools, technical management, backtests, forward tests, Demo results, historical results and previous trading performance do not guarantee future results.

The client remains responsible for their own:

  • trading accounts;

  • trading capital;

  • deposits;

  • withdrawals;

  • risk decisions;

  • personal trading decisions;

  • acceptance of technical configurations;

  • and use of any trading system.

The separate Legal & Trading Risk Disclaimer forms an important part of the CWDT legal framework and should be reviewed before purchasing or using a CWDT service.

4. CWDT PROFESSIONAL VPS STARTUP SERVICE

The CWDT Professional VPS Startup Service is the initial technical setup service used when CWDT builds an agreed technical trading environment.

The standard CWDT service fee is:

€500 ONE-TIME PER VPS

This fee applies to each VPS that requires a complete initial CWDT technical setup.

Before paid setup work begins, CWDT first defines the intended environment with the client.

The applicable setup can include, where agreed:

  • VPS configuration;

  • basic technical security configuration;

  • MT5 installation;

  • broker and platform connection;

  • Expert Advisor installation;

  • EA licence activation;

  • setfile installation;

  • monitoring setup;

  • autostart and restart configuration;

  • initial technical checks;

  • remote technical assistance;

  • and other agreed technical work.

The exact scope is confirmed before the client approves and purchases the service.

5. SETUP PLAN AND COST OVERVIEW BEFORE PAYMENT

Before the Professional VPS Startup Service begins, CWDT will determine the intended technical environment together with the client.

Where applicable, CWDT will identify:

  • number of VPS servers;

  • number of MT5 terminals;

  • broker environments;

  • trading accounts;

  • Expert Advisors;

  • licences;

  • setfiles;

  • monitoring requirements;

  • autostart requirements;

  • technical-support requirements;

  • third-party products;

  • recurring third-party costs;

  • optional ongoing CWDT services;

  • and other relevant technical requirements.

The cost overview distinguishes between applicable:

  • one-time costs;

  • recurring or monthly costs;

  • third-party costs;

  • and, where relevant, client-selected trading funds.

The client must approve the agreed technical scope before CWDT begins the paid setup.

If additional VPS servers or exceptional additional work are required, CWDT will inform the client and include the additional cost in the plan before approval.

6. PAYMENT BEFORE STARTUP WORK

The applicable €500 Professional VPS Startup Service fee must be purchased and paid before CWDT begins the agreed paid technical setup.

Where payment is processed through Patreon, the final amount payable will be displayed before payment.

Depending on the applicable transaction and client location, the final amount can include:

  • VAT;

  • GST;

  • sales tax;

  • currency conversion;

  • payment-processing charges;

  • or other platform-related charges.

Where required by applicable consumer law, consumer-facing prices will be presented in accordance with applicable tax-display requirements.

The €500 is the CWDT technical service fee for the agreed initial VPS setup.

Third-party costs are not automatically included.

7. THIRD-PARTY COSTS AND CLIENT-SELECTED TRADING FUNDS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, external or third-party products and services are separate from CWDT service fees.

Examples can include:

  • VPS hosting fees;

  • third-party Expert Advisor purchases;

  • EA licence fees;

  • software subscriptions;

  • monitoring-service subscriptions;

  • broker-related costs;

  • trading spreads;

  • commissions;

  • swaps;

  • platform costs;

  • and other external products or services.

Trading-account deposits are not CWDT fees.

Trading capital is not paid to CWDT.

CWDT does not determine or recommend how much trading capital the client should invest or deposit.

For technical or cost-planning purposes, an amount independently chosen by the client can be shown in a cost overview.

The client independently determines how much capital they wish to deposit or maintain in a trading account.

CWDT does not take custody of client trading funds.

8. EXISTING CWDT-CONFIGURED VPS SERVERS

A client VPS that was already fully installed and configured by CWDT before the formal introduction of the Professional VPS Startup Service is treated as having already received its initial CWDT setup.

Such an existing CWDT-configured VPS does not automatically incur another €500 Startup Service charge solely because:

  • the new Startup Service structure was introduced;

  • the client changes CWDT Membership or Technical Managed Services Level;

  • the managed service was temporarily stopped;

  • or the same eligible environment is reactivated.

9. WHEN A NEW STARTUP SERVICE MAY APPLY

A new €500 Professional VPS Startup Service may apply where a VPS:

  • has never received its complete CWDT initial setup;

  • is replaced by another VPS;

  • is completely rebuilt;

  • is reinstalled;

  • or is materially changed to the extent that a new complete technical setup is required.

CWDT will inform the client before a new Startup Service is charged or new paid startup work begins.

Each additional VPS requiring its own complete CWDT technical setup requires its own applicable Startup Service.

10. LEVEL CHANGES DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATE A NEW STARTUP FEE

Once a VPS has received its complete initial CWDT setup, changing the applicable CWDT Membership or Technical Managed Services Level does not by itself create another €500 Startup Service charge for that same VPS.

Moving between applicable Levels is treated separately from the one-time initial VPS setup.

A new Startup Service is based on whether a new complete VPS setup is technically required, not simply on a Membership Level change.

11. CWDT MEMBERSHIP AND TECHNICAL MANAGED SERVICES

CWDT uses different Membership and Technical Managed Services Levels.

The applicable Level is determined by the technical environment and service scope.

Trading capital, account balance and account equity do not determine the technical service Level.

LEVEL 1 — PALLADIUM

Level 1 is primarily a self-managed Membership.

The member is responsible for their own technical environment and can receive access to applicable CWDT:

  • tools;

  • setfiles;

  • indicators;

  • educational content;

  • research resources;

  • and community resources.

Level 1 does not include ongoing personal technical management of the client's complete environment unless separately agreed.

LEVEL 2 — IRIDIUM

Capacity up to:

  • 1 managed VPS;

  • 1 managed MT5 terminal;

  • maximum 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal.

LEVEL 3 — RHODIUM

Capacity up to:

  • 1 managed VPS;

  • 5 managed MT5 terminals;

  • maximum 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal.

LEVEL 4 — OSMIUM

Capacity up to:

  • 2 managed VPS servers;

  • 10 managed MT5 terminals;

  • maximum 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal.

LEVEL 5 — PLATINUM

Capacity up to:

  • 3 managed VPS servers;

  • 15 managed MT5 terminals;

  • maximum 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal.

LEVEL 6 — ENTERPRISE / CUSTOM

Level 6 applies when, for example:

  • 4 or more managed VPS servers are required;

  • 16 or more managed MT5 terminals are required;

  • or custom technical infrastructure or management beyond Level 5 is required.

Level 6 pricing, capacity and service coverage are individually agreed following review of the applicable environment.

The maximum of 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal also applies to Level 6.

Levels 2–6 include the applicable Level 1 resources where stated in the applicable Membership or service description.

12. SERVICE LEVEL CHANGES

Where the managed technical environment exceeds the capacity limits of the client's current Level, the applicable higher Level can be required.

This can result from changes such as:

  • additional VPS servers;

  • additional MT5 terminals;

  • increased technical-management workload;

  • additional monitoring requirements;

  • or custom infrastructure requirements.

A decrease in Level is based on an actual structural reduction in the managed technical environment or agreed service scope.

Trading losses, drawdown, account balance or account equity do not determine the technical service Level.

13. MT5 TERMINALS AND EXPERT ADVISOR CAPACITY

Level capacity is counted in managed MT5 terminals.

Each managed trading account requires at least one dedicated managed MT5 terminal.

The standard maximum is:

10 EXPERT ADVISORS PER MT5 TERMINAL

An account using more than 10 Expert Advisors requires additional MT5 terminals.

For example:

  • 1–10 Expert Advisors require at least 1 MT5 terminal;

  • 11–20 Expert Advisors require at least 2 MT5 terminals;

  • 21–30 Expert Advisors require at least 3 MT5 terminals.

Each MT5 terminal counts toward the terminal limit of the applicable Level.

A higher Level increases the permitted infrastructure capacity but never increases the maximum number of Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal.

This maximum is an internal CWDT operational and risk-control standard.

14. SUPPORTED BROKERS FOR ONGOING MANAGED SERVICES

For ongoing CWDT Technical Managed Services under Levels 2–6, the currently supported brokers are:

  • IC Trading;

  • Vantage;

  • RoboForex;

  • Darwinex;

  • Bybit.

Support is subject to:

  • technical compatibility;

  • platform availability;

  • broker availability;

  • and the agreed client environment.

The supported-broker list can change if technical compatibility, provider availability or service conditions materially change.

Third-party providers remain responsible for their own:

  • systems;

  • pricing;

  • execution;

  • licences;

  • availability;

  • outages;

  • policies;

  • account requirements;

  • and service conditions.

CWDT can have affiliate, referral, discount or commercial relationships with certain supported brokers or other providers.

Those relationships are explained separately in the CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure.

An affiliate or referral relationship does not transfer ownership or control of the client's broker account to CWDT.

15. CLIENT APPROVAL BEFORE MATERIAL CHANGES

Material changes to an actively managed environment require the client's prior approval.

This includes material changes to:

  • active Expert Advisors or the active strategy;

  • setfiles;

  • lot size;

  • leverage-related configuration;

  • risk settings;

  • material trading parameters;

  • trading-account structure;

  • or broker environment.

Routine technical maintenance, troubleshooting and non-material technical corrections may be performed without separate approval where reasonably required to maintain the agreed environment.

In urgent situations, CWDT may take temporary protective measures without prior approval, such as:

  • disabling an Expert Advisor;

  • pausing automated trading;

  • stopping new automated entries;

  • or taking another temporary technical safety measure,

where reasonably necessary to protect the technical integrity of the environment.

Temporary protective measures do not include closing open trading positions unless the client has expressly instructed this.

The client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Any lasting material change then requires the client's prior approval.

16. RISK CONFIGURATION

Lot size, leverage-related settings and other risk settings are configured only as agreed with and approved by the client.

Within the Professional VPS Startup Service, the setfiles used depend on the client's service arrangement.

WITHOUT AN APPLICABLE ACTIVE CWDT MEMBERSHIP

The technical environment can use applicable:

  • client-owned setfiles;

  • or seller-provided setfiles.

WITH AN APPLICABLE ACTIVE CWDT MEMBERSHIP

CWDT proprietary setfiles can be used where they are included in the applicable Membership or Technical Managed Services Level.

CWDT does not classify or validate the risk level of client-owned or seller-provided setfiles unless this has been expressly agreed.

For CWDT's own proprietary configurations, CWDT generally aims to develop and use low-to-medium-risk configurations.

This is an objective and not a guarantee of a particular drawdown, loss level or trading result.

CWDT may decline to configure settings that it considers technically unsuitable or inconsistent with the agreed environment.

No setfile or risk configuration can guarantee profit or prevent losses.

17. CLIENT-OWNED AND SELLER-PROVIDED SETFILES

Where the client does not have an applicable active CWDT Membership providing access to proprietary CWDT setfiles, the environment can use applicable:

  • client-owned setfiles;

  • or seller-provided setfiles.

These setfiles are not automatically tested by CWDT.

The client remains responsible for testing them before Live use.

CWDT does not automatically represent client-owned or seller-provided setfiles as:

  • independently validated by CWDT;

  • suitable for a specific risk profile;

  • profitable;

  • or appropriate for every market condition.

Demo testing before Live use is strongly recommended.

18. CWDT PROPRIETARY SETFILES AND RESOURCES

Certain CWDT Membership Levels can provide access to applicable CWDT-developed, CWDT-tested or CWDT-authorised resources.

These can include:

  • proprietary setfiles;

  • indicators;

  • technical tools;

  • research materials;

  • documentation;

  • software resources;

  • and other Membership-only materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to these resources is licensed for use during the applicable active Membership or service period.

Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with CWDT or the applicable rights holder.

Access does not constitute a permanent transfer of ownership.

CWDT resources may not be:

  • resold;

  • redistributed;

  • publicly shared;

  • copied for unauthorised commercial use;

  • reverse engineered where prohibited;

  • or provided to third parties without permission

19. END OF MEMBERSHIP AND CWDT PROPRIETARY RESOURCES

When access to an applicable CWDT Membership or Managed Service ends, the right to use subscription-only CWDT resources can also end.

Where CWDT is actively managing the technical environment, CWDT may remove or disable applicable subscription-only CWDT resources as part of the technical handover, where reasonably possible and appropriate.

For self-managed environments, the client is responsible for ceasing unauthorised use of subscription-only CWDT resources after the applicable usage right ends.

Third-party products owned or licensed directly by the client remain subject to the applicable third-party provider's licence conditions.

20. DEMO TESTING

CWDT strongly recommends testing an Expert Advisor and technical setup on a Demo account before considering Live use.

There is no universal fixed Demo period that guarantees safety or future performance.

The appropriate testing period can differ depending on:

  • strategy;

  • trade frequency;

  • market conditions;

  • Expert Advisor;

  • broker;

  • technical environment;

  • and available data.

Where reasonably possible, a Demo environment can resemble the intended Live environment in areas such as:

  • broker;

  • account structure;

  • account settings;

  • leverage;

  • Expert Advisors;

  • setfiles;

  • lot size;

  • risk settings;

  • and MT5 configuration.

Demo trading does not fully reproduce Live trading conditions.

21. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Automated-trading systems should not be judged solely on one trade, one day or one short period.

Where applicable, evaluation can consider:

  • longer-term development;

  • drawdown;

  • system stability;

  • Expert Advisor behaviour;

  • technical consistency;

  • differences between Demo and Live conditions;

  • broker differences;

  • and the complete technical environment.

Past performance, backtests, forward tests and Demo results remain no guarantee of future results.

22. ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION AND SERVICE CONTINUITY

Ongoing CWDT Technical Managed Services require the applicable subscription or individually agreed service arrangement to remain active and paid.

If the applicable recurring service ends, CWDT's ongoing technical-management obligations for that environment also end, subject to:

  • any applicable payment grace period;

  • an agreed technical handover;

  • and mandatory legal rights.

23. 7-DAY PAYMENT GRACE PERIOD

If a recurring CWDT subscription payment fails or cannot be completed, a 7-day payment grace period applies from the applicable failed-payment notification or billing event.

During an applicable grace period:

  • the client has an opportunity to resolve the payment issue;

  • the managed environment is not treated as immediately terminated solely because of the failed payment;

  • CWDT may limit non-essential updates, modifications or other technical work while the payment issue remains unresolved;

  • and reasonable safety-related technical action may still be taken where necessary to protect the technical integrity of the environment.

If payment is not successfully resolved within the applicable grace period, the managed service can end.

A payment grace period does not create another €500 Startup Service charge for a VPS that has

already received its complete initial CWDT setup.

24. REPEATED OR UNRESOLVED PAYMENT PROBLEMS

CWDT is not required to continue providing ongoing technical-management services indefinitely where recurring payments remain unpaid.

Where repeated or unresolved payment problems occur, CWDT may:

  • limit non-essential technical work;

  • suspend ongoing managed services;

  • begin technical handover;

  • or terminate the recurring service,

subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services can also be affected independently by the applicable third-party provider.

25. TECHNICAL HANDOVER

When ongoing CWDT Technical Managed Services end, the environment may be handed back to the client.

Where applicable, handover can include:

  • ending CWDT ongoing technical management;

  • removing applicable CWDT remote access;

  • removing or disabling subscription-only CWDT resources where applicable;

  • identifying the current technical status of the environment;

  • and returning ongoing technical responsibility to the client.

After handover, the client should change any relevant credentials that were previously shared for technical-management purposes.

The client becomes responsible for ongoing:

  • VPS maintenance;

  • MT5 maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • monitoring;

  • Expert Advisor management;

  • setfile management;

  • restart checks;

  • troubleshooting;

  • security;

  • and other technical operations.

Any exceptional paid handover or migration work outside the normal termination process will be discussed and approved before it is charged.

26. OPEN TRADES AT THE END OF A SERVICE

Termination of a Membership or Managed Service does not by itself mean that open trading positions will automatically be closed.

Open positions remain part of the client's trading account.

The client remains responsible for decisions regarding:

  • whether positions remain open;

  • whether positions are closed;

  • trading risk;

  • and trading-account management.

Where a handover occurs while positions are open, CWDT and the client should, where reasonably possible, clarify the technical status of the environment before ongoing management ends.

CWDT does not close client trading positions because a subscription is cancelled, unless the client has expressly instructed this.

27. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client must provide the information, access and cooperation reasonably required to complete the agreed technical work.

Depending on the environment, this can include:

  • VPS access;

  • broker information;

  • correct MT5 account details;

  • correct MT5 server information;

  • Expert Advisor files;

  • EA licences;

  • platform access;

  • monitoring permissions;

  • cooperation with email verification;

  • cooperation with 2FA verification where technically necessary;

  • and other reasonably required technical information.

The client remains responsible for:

  • identity verification;

  • personal broker questions;

  • account ownership;

  • deposits;

  • withdrawals;

  • trading capital;

  • risk;

  • and personal trading decisions.

28. EMAIL AND TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

CWDT does not require general access to a client's personal mailbox as part of the standard service.

Where a third-party provider requires:

  • email confirmation;

  • verification links;

  • one-time codes;

  • or two-factor authentication,

the client is expected to complete or actively cooperate with that verification.

CWDT can guide the client through the technical process.

The client remains responsible for their own identity verification and personal account security.

29. ACCESS CREDENTIALS AND PRIVACY

Where technical access credentials are required to provide an agreed service, CWDT will use them only as reasonably necessary for the agreed technical work.

Operational credentials are handled in accordance with:

  • the applicable Privacy Policy;

  • these Service Terms;

  • applicable security procedures;

  • and mandatory legal obligations.

Operational credentials are removed from active CWDT systems no later than six weeks after the managed service ends, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Credentials that are no longer required should not be used for further access.

Clients are strongly encouraged to change applicable passwords following final technical handover.

30. REMOTE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

CWDT may provide remote technical assistance where required for the agreed service.

Remote access is limited to technical work reasonably required for the applicable environment.

The client remains responsible for granting the required access and for any third-party remote-access software used.

Remote technical assistance does not give CWDT ownership of the client's:

  • computer;

  • VPS;

  • broker account;

  • trading account;

  • email account;

  • or other personal accounts.

CWDT does not guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved remotely.

31. SUPPORT HOURS AND CHANNELS

Personal client support is available:

MONDAY TO SUNDAY

13:00–20:00 — DUTCH TIME / EUROPE-AMSTERDAM

The normal support channels are:

WhatsApp
For urgent technical matters relating to an active CWDT service.

Email
For non-urgent, detailed or administrative questions.

Telegram
Primarily for the CWDT community and general community communication. Telegram community access does not constitute personal technical support.

Monitoring tools and automated systems can continue operating outside support hours.

This does not create:

  • 24/7 personal support;

  • guaranteed immediate intervention;

  • guaranteed response times;

  • or guaranteed continuous monitoring by a person.

32. TECHNICAL MONITORING

Where monitoring is included in the agreed service, CWDT can configure applicable monitoring tools.

Monitoring can help identify certain:

  • connectivity issues;

  • VPS availability issues;

  • platform-status issues;

  • technical interruptions;

  • or other configured conditions.

Monitoring does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted VPS operation;

  • uninterrupted broker operation;

  • uninterrupted MT5 operation;

  • prevention of trading losses;

  • immediate human intervention;

  • or detection of every technical problem.

Third-party monitoring tools remain subject to their own systems, terms and availability.

33. AUTOSTART AND RESTART CONFIGURATION

Where included, CWDT can configure an environment so applicable trading software can restart following:

  • VPS restart;

  • Windows restart;

  • planned updates;

  • or other supported technical events.

Autostart or restart configuration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Software failures, operating-system changes, third-party updates, broker outages, VPS outages and other external events can still affect the environment.

34. INITIAL TECHNICAL CHECKS

Following initial setup, CWDT can perform agreed technical checks relating to matters such as:

  • VPS operation;

  • MT5 installation;

  • broker connection;

  • Expert Advisor installation;

  • EA licence status;

  • setfile loading;

  • autotrading settings;

  • monitoring;

  • restart configuration;

  • and other agreed technical elements.

Completion of technical checks means that the agreed technical setup has been checked for handover or continued technical management.

It does not constitute:

  • approval of the trading strategy;

  • a guarantee that no technical failure can occur;

  • or a guarantee of trading performance.

35. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

CWDT is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services.

These can include:

  • brokers;

  • VPS providers;

  • Patreon;

  • MetaTrader / MetaQuotes;

  • EA sellers;

  • software developers;

  • monitoring platforms;

  • payment processors;

  • trading platforms;

  • and other external providers.

Third-party products and services remain subject to their own:

  • pricing;

  • licences;

  • availability;

  • policies;

  • technical limitations;

  • account restrictions;

  • terms;

  • and service conditions.

36. AFFILIATE, PARTNER AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

CWDT may have affiliate, referral, discount, commercial or partnership relationships with certain:

  • brokers;

  • VPS providers;

  • EA sellers;

  • software providers;

  • and other third parties.

Where applicable, CWDT may receive a commission, referral benefit, discount benefit or other compensation.

The existence of a commercial relationship does not change the client's responsibility to independently assess the product or service.

The client remains free to decide whether they wish to purchase or use a third-party product or service, unless a specific technical service expressly requires a particular compatible provider and this has been disclosed before purchase.

Further information is provided in the CWDT Affiliate, Broker & Partner Disclosure.

37. CLIENT FUNDS

CWDT does not take custody of client trading funds.

Client deposits remain between the client and the applicable broker or financial-service provider.

CWDT does not:

  • receive client trading deposits as custodian;

  • hold client trading balances;

  • own client trading capital;

  • determine how much a client must invest;

  • or control client withdrawals as owner of the funds.

Where CWDT provides technical assistance with a broker environment, ownership of the trading account remains with the client.

38. TECHNICAL INTERVENTION AND EMERGENCY PROTECTION

Where CWDT provides ongoing technical management, reasonable technical intervention may be required to protect the integrity of the managed environment.

This can include technical actions relating to:

  • software malfunction;

  • failed platform startup;

  • EA malfunction;

  • incorrect technical configuration;

  • VPS failure;

  • monitoring failure;

  • connectivity issues;

  • security issues;

  • or other technical faults.

Material configuration changes remain subject to Section 15 — Client Approval Before Material Changes, including the rules for temporary protective measures.

CWDT technical intervention does not guarantee prevention of trading losses.

39. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

CWDT will use reasonable efforts to provide the agreed technical service.

Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Service may be affected by circumstances including:

  • third-party outages;

  • VPS outages;

  • broker outages;

  • software updates;

  • MetaTrader changes;

  • licence failures;

  • internet failures;

  • security incidents;

  • maintenance;

  • technical incompatibility;

  • provider restrictions;

  • force majeure;

  • or other circumstances outside CWDT's reasonable control.

40. CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Third-party products, licences, brokers, VPS services and software can change without CWDT's control.

CWDT cannot guarantee that a third-party product:

  • will remain available;

  • will remain compatible;

  • will retain the same pricing;

  • will continue supporting the same platform;

  • or will continue offering the same licence terms.

Where a third-party change materially affects a managed environment, CWDT can discuss available technical alternatives with the client.

Any third-party replacement costs remain separate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

41. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — PROFESSIONAL VPS STARTUP SERVICE

Where mandatory consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, an eligible consumer may have a 14-day withdrawal period.

If the client wants CWDT to begin the Professional VPS Startup Service during this statutory withdrawal period, CWDT will ask the client to expressly request early commencement of the service.

If the client withdraws after the service has begun at their express request but before the service has been fully performed, CWDT may charge a proportionate amount for the work already performed, calculated in relation to the agreed €500 service price, where legally permitted.

Any remaining amount will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period after the consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the applicable legal consequence, the statutory right of withdrawal may end where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these Service Terms.

42. CONSUMER RIGHTS FOR MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING SERVICES

Nothing in these Service Terms limits any mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to a consumer purchasing a recurring Membership, digital service, digital content or other distance contract.

The applicability and consequences of a statutory withdrawal right can depend on:

  • the type of service;

  • when performance begins;

  • whether digital content is supplied immediately;

  • and whether the consumer has given any legally required consent or acknowledgement.

Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, CWDT will respect those rights.

Patreon or another applicable payment platform can also apply its own billing, cancellation and refund procedures in addition to mandatory legal rights.

43. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CANCELLATION

Recurring Memberships and Technical Managed Services remain active subject to the applicable payment and cancellation arrangement.

Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future ongoing service in accordance with the applicable:

  • billing cycle;

  • payment status;

  • grace period;

  • cancellation terms;

  • and technical handover process.

Cancellation does not automatically:

  • create another Startup Service charge;

  • transfer ownership of CWDT proprietary resources;

  • eliminate outstanding third-party obligations;

  • or guarantee the automatic closing of trading positions.

44. PRICING

The standard CWDT service structure currently includes:

Level 1 — Palladium
€75 per month

Level 2 — Iridium
€250 per month

Level 3 — Rhodium
€500 per month

Level 4 — Osmium
€750 per month

Level 5 — Platinum
€1,000 per month

Level 6 — Enterprise / Custom
From €2,500 per month; final price confirmed after review

Professional VPS Startup Service
€500 one-time per VPS

Where payment is processed through Patreon, the final amount payable will be displayed before payment and can be affected by applicable taxes, currency conversion or platform/payment charges.

Where the price of an active recurring service changes, CWDT will inform the client in advance.

The client may cancel the recurring service before the new price applies, subject to the applicable billing cycle and mandatory law.

45. LEVEL 6 — ENTERPRISE / CUSTOM

Level 6 is intended for technical environments that exceed standard Level 5 capacity or require custom technical management.

Before the final Level 6 service arrangement is confirmed, CWDT reviews the applicable:

  • VPS infrastructure;

  • number of MT5 terminals;

  • Expert Advisor environment;

  • setfile requirements;

  • monitoring requirements;

  • technical-management requirements;

  • custom infrastructure;

  • and expected technical workload.

CWDT then confirms the applicable:

  • technical capacity;

  • service coverage;

  • final monthly price;

  • and payment arrangement.

Level 6 starts from €2,500 per month.

Subscribing or paying for Level 6 before the review has been completed does not by itself create an undefined or unlimited technical-service obligation.

If a client subscribes to Level 6 before the review has been completed and no final service agreement can be reached, CWDT will cancel the applicable service arrangement and arrange any refund due for the unprovided service period through the applicable payment platform, subject to:

  • services already provided;

  • applicable withdrawal rights;

  • mandatory consumer law;

  • and the payment platform's processing procedure.

Material changes to an agreed Level 6 environment can require review of the:

  • technical capacity;

  • service scope;

  • workload;

  • and monthly price.

The maximum of 10 Expert Advisors per MT5 terminal remains applicable to Level 6.

46. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CWDT retains applicable intellectual-property rights in its own:

  • setfiles;

  • tools;

  • documents;

  • research;

  • templates;

  • branding;

  • educational materials;

  • technical resources;

  • software;

  • and other proprietary content.

Third-party intellectual property remains owned by the applicable third-party rights holder.

Purchase of a CWDT service does not automatically transfer ownership of CWDT intellectual property.

47. TRADING LOSSES AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

CWDT cannot guarantee that technical management will:

  • produce a profit;

  • prevent trading losses;

  • prevent drawdown;

  • prevent broker execution issues;

  • prevent slippage;

  • prevent price gaps;

  • prevent platform failures;

  • prevent Expert Advisor errors;

  • prevent VPS outages;

  • prevent internet failures;

  • or prevent all configuration problems.

Automated trading carries both financial and technical risk.

Technical services can reduce certain operational risks but cannot eliminate trading risk.

48. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CWDT is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by independent third-party systems or circumstances outside CWDT's reasonable control.

This can include failures or actions of:

  • brokers;

  • VPS providers;

  • Expert Advisor developers;

  • software providers;

  • trading platforms;

  • internet providers;

  • monitoring services;

  • payment processors;

  • or other external providers.

CWDT is responsible for performing its agreed technical service with reasonable care.

Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

49. CLIENT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

The client is responsible for providing accurate information required for the agreed technical setup.

Incorrect information such as:

  • incorrect broker server;

  • incorrect MT5 account;

  • incorrect licence information;

  • incorrect EA files;

  • incorrect login information;

  • or incorrect configuration instructions

can delay or prevent the technical setup.

CWDT is not responsible for errors directly caused by materially inaccurate information supplied by the client or an independent third party, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

50. SECURITY

The client remains responsible for basic security of their own:

  • email account;

  • broker account;

  • payment account;

  • devices;

  • passwords;

  • two-factor authentication;

  • and identity documents.

CWDT will never require the client to transfer ownership of these accounts.

Clients should never publicly share:

  • login credentials;

  • verification codes;

  • recovery codes;

  • passwords;

  • or sensitive identity information.

51. CHANGES TO THESE SERVICE TERMS

CWDT may update these Service Terms when reasonably necessary because of:

  • service changes;

  • technical changes;

  • Membership changes;

  • legal requirements;

  • provider changes;

  • new services;

  • or clarification of existing conditions.

The current version and effective date will be displayed on the CWDT website.

Where a material change affects an active recurring service, CWDT will communicate the change in advance where reasonably required.

A material change to these Service Terms does not override mandatory consumer rights.

52. COMPLAINTS

Complaints relating to a CWDT service can be submitted by email to:

info@cyberwolfdogtrading.com

The client should provide sufficient information for CWDT to identify:

  • the applicable service;

  • the issue;

  • relevant dates;

  • and the requested resolution.

CWDT aims to acknowledge and respond to a complaint within 14 days.

If more time is reasonably required to investigate a complex complaint, CWDT will inform the client.

This complaints procedure does not restrict any mandatory consumer right to seek another legal remedy.

53. GOVERNING LAW

These Service Terms are governed by Dutch law.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory consumer protection that applies under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence where such protection cannot legally be excluded.

Any mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction or consumer dispute resolution remain unaffected.

54. SEPARATE CWDT POLICIES

These Service Terms should be read together with the applicable CWDT policies.

Explains the financial and trading risks connected with automated trading, Expert Advisors and related trading technologies.

PRIVACY POLICY

Explains how applicable personal and technical information is handled.

CWDT AFFILIATE, BROKER & PARTNER DISCLOSURE

Explains commercial, affiliate, referral, discount and partnership relationships.

Where a specific product, Membership or service page contains additional scope information, that information also forms part of the applicable service description.

If a specific individually agreed technical plan contains additional technical details, that plan supplements these Service Terms for that particular service.

55. QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE

Clients are encouraged to ask questions before purchasing or subscribing if anything about the technical scope is unclear

For the Professional VPS Startup Service, CWDT first defines the intended technical environment before the client approves the applicable setup.

For Level 6 or another custom environment, the client should contact CWDT before subscribing whenever possible.

56. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
